1 Tbsp. Glycerin 1 Tbsp. Witch Hazel 4 Tbsp. Distilled water
Combine all ingredients. Pour into sspray bottle. Shake well, use after applying makeup to make it last! ** If too sticky add 1 Tbsp. alcohol to the mix. Shake well before each use.
