Banana Milkshake Hair Mask

Banana Milkshake Hair Mask

3 bananas (2 if your hair isn't super-long)
Coconut milk (or whole milk)
Honey (you can skip if you don't have--it just adds moisturizing properties)
Mash bananas well with a fork or blender (no chunks!!). Drizzle in coconut milk (or milk) until the consistency is similar to your typical store-bought conditioner. Add honey if using. Apply your banana-coconut mix to dry hair in the shower or over the sink. Use enough to saturate your scalp and hair, then put on a shower cap or towel and chill for 20 minutes. Wash hair as usual.

Simple Milk Bath

Simple Milk Bath

2 cups of powdered milk
1 cup of epsom salt (optional)
1 cup of sea salt (optional)
1/2 cup of baking soda (optional)

1.       Measure out the milk. If you're using salt(s), mix everything together well, making sure to break up any clumps. Scoop the milk-mixture into jars or other air-tight containers.

2.     Add a half cup or so to briskly running bath water and enjoy a soothing soak.

Pore Strips

Pore Strips

1 Tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin
 1 1/2- 2 Tablespoons Milk {any kind}

1.       Measure 1 Tablespoon of unflavored gelatin into a disposable container
2.     Add 1-2 Tablespoons of milk into the gelatin
3.    Mix it up, and be quick about it, until you get a chunky consistency. Add more milk if you’re uncomfortable with the amount of chunk.

Microwave the gelatin for about 10-15 seconds. It will get creamier in the microwave. Stir that around and start applying it IMMEDIATELY to your face. This stuff hardens up fast so you’ve got to act fast.

Wash your face before you apply. Apply with an old makeup brush or Popsicle stick, to wherever you need to clean the pores. Work quickly as it turns to gelatin fast. Let it dry for about 15+ minutes. Peel off.

Chocolate Face Mask

Chocolate Face Mask

•1/3 cup cocoa

•1/4 cup of honey

•2 tablespoons of heavy cream (sour cream will work as well)

•3 teaspoons of oatmeal powder

Mix all the ingredient until the mass in consistent. Apply on the face, gently massaging it so that oatmeal can start exfoliating the dead skin cell layer. Leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water.

This face mask recipe is an excellent moisturizer that leaves your skin soft and glowing.
